Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email or message once your order has been processed.

2. Shipping Within Kenya

We deliver countrywide through trusted courier partners such as SpeedAF & Pickup Mtaani.
Delivery timeline: 1–2 business days for most major towns.
Delivery fee: Displayed at checkout and depends on your delivery location.
You will receive a tracking number or delivery confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

3. Nairobi Same-Day Delivery

For orders placed before 12:00 PM, same-day delivery may be available within Nairobi at no additional cost.
To request this service, contact us via WhatsApp or call +254 796 592 872 immediately after placing your order.

4. Delivery Delays

While we always strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to:

Courier or logistical issues beyond our control
Weather disruptions or public holidays
Incomplete or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout

We will communicate promptly in case of any delay affecting your delivery.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct before completing checkout.

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the stated timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will coordinate with our courier partners to investigate and resolve the issue.
In cases where a replacement or refund is approved, it will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
