Thank you for shopping at Strada254. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind or are unhappy for any reason, here’s our refund policy:
1. Eligibility for a refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 48 hours of receiving your order (or adjust to your preferred period).

The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (including tags, boxes, accessories).

Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance” may not be eligible for refunds.

Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, email confirmation) must be provided.
2. How to request a refund

Once your request is approved, we will instruct you on how to return the item.

You must ship the item back to us within 2 days of approval (or your chosen period). Keep the return shipping receipt as proof.
3. Return shipping & condition

Unless the item is faulty or we shipped the wrong item, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

The item must be returned in its original condition. If the item is damaged, worn, missing parts or packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or reduce the refund amount accordingly.
4. Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, we will process your refund via the original payment method within 5 business days.

The refund amount will exclude any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase.
5. Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at 0796 592872 with photos and your order number.

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund (including return shipping cost) at no extra cost to you.
6. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for another size, colour or model, contact us and we will guide you through the process (additional shipping charges may apply).
7. Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
